The nicest restaurant in Texas. Since moving to TX a few years ago, I NOW judge all restaurants on 2 issues first, (1) Friendly and (2) Fresh tea/coffee and then taste, etc. Our lunch today was so good! Fresh tea, moist baked chicken and the best hamburger/ fries. They make everything from scratch - cornbread is worth the calories and employees are all very nice. Owner of City Cafe is smart!
Great place! I've been there just mornings. They have a chorizo omelet I order every time.
One of the best and freshest breakfasts I ever had. Very friendly and clean. I highly recommend this place. The prices are very reasonable as well.
The food here is amazing! The best burger in town hands down! I recommend everything. At Christmas time we buy a prime rib from them and it is fantastic! My mother was particularly impressed with their steak and cheese which is wrapped in a pita. The waitresses are all very nice as well. They do breakfast and lunch and have a hot table so you can grab something to eat right away. Not a pretty part of town, but worth the visit to City Cafe.
